The Randle is a beautiful classically styled river boat, constructed by English craftsmen in 2001 with all the facilities demanded by our modern cruising clientele. Air conditioned, centrally heated and with two en-suite cabins, complimented with a varnished hardwood interior and granite and marble surfaces.

The Randle is powered by a slow running vintage engine for relaxed cruising, and crewed by a professional English company of three, Captain, Matelote, and Gormet chef/host.

Our priority is to make every voyage as enjoyable  and safe as possible. Taking the helm is a great experience and is open to all our guests under the expert supervision of the Captain.

Edge Charter is regulated by the French inland waterways authority, the VNF, who ensure that passenger vessels adhere to strict European passenger transport regulations and  carry out thorough dry dock and navigation inspections  to ensure that fire, electrical, mechanical, and hull integrity requirements are all adhered too.
